…on a mini family vacation, I scheduled this post with a link to a lengthy, but loaded article. Although my heart is filled with many things, the sadness for the humanizing of God’s word tops them all. Truth be told, it always has. Even as I spent many years carousing and making a fool out of myself as a Christian, never once did I attempt to rationalize my sin (and I’ve got a plethora of them!) against the Bible. Plain old disobedience, not unlike a child to their parent(s). I continue on a path of foolishness, of course, since sanctification isn’t a single event, but endures a lifetime.
What this author reports is one of the reasons I began this blog. Hope you find the time to read, digest, and discern.
